Do I need to bring my own charcoal?

Yes, we recommend bringing your own charcoal if you plan to use the grill.

Is firewood provided?

We provide a small starter supply for guests, but it’s always a good idea to bring extra.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Please reach out if you need special arrangements. We offer early and late check outs for a small fee.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, a cleaning fee is applied to each reservation and varies depending on the size of your booking.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, We are pet friendly with no pet fee. However please let us know in advance and review our pet guidelines. You are responsible for cleaning up after pet waste and all damages.

How many people can stay?

Each cabin accommodates up to 4 guests, or up to 16 guests when booked together as a group.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Yes, we provide fresh linens and towels for 4 people during your stay. There are also 4 specific towels for hot tub use.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, login details will be provided upon arrival.

Are there kitchen supplies?

Each cabin includes basic kitchen essentials such as cookware, utensils, and dishes.

Is there an ice maker?

No, there are 2 ice trays provided.

Is there a coffee pot?

Yes, we provide a Kurig machine. We also provide a few K-Cups and a couple flavored syrups. We recommend you bring a few more K-Cups for longer stays.

Is there a blow dryer?

Yes, we provide a blow dryer.

Are there any outdoor games?

Yes, we provide corn hole, it’s located in the bedroom closet for your using. We also have card games at the bedside tables.

Do you have a grill?

Yes, grills are available for guest use. Please bring charcoal.

Is there boat parking?

Yes, we have overflow parking at the end of the cabins to accommodate boat and trailer parking.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. Outdoor smoking is permitted—please dispose of waste properly. Smoking inside cabins or hot tubs will result in a $1500 fee

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing personal toiletries, food, drinks, charcoal, and extra firewood if you plan to enjoy outdoor fires.

Is the property close to the lake?

Yes, we are located about 2 miles from Fort Gibson Lake, making it easy to enjoy fishing, boating, and outdoor activities.

Do you allow events or parties?

Group bookings are welcome, but parties or events are not allowed.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Please notify us right away so we can address it. Charges may apply for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Deposits may be captured and extra charges may apply.
